Aamir’s Challenges with Cognitive Impairment and Mobility Issues
Amir has a rare chromosome deletion that causes cognitive impairment and mobility issues. He meets his challenges with a positive attitude and likes nothing more than to be engaged with his siblings and friends, especially outdoors. An adaptive bike would provide tremendous physical activity to help Amir strengthen his muscles, but the cost is not covered by insurance and it is too expensive for a young family.
