Written by Drew Six:

I am honored to be involved with Variety Children’s Charity in my hometown of Kansas City. I have many wonderful stories and memories surrounding this amazing organization. If I had to pick one, it would be writing We Choose Livin’. The song was inspired by the kids of Variety and is available on iTunes, Amazon, and other music outlets. All of the net proceeds go back to Variety. You can find it here.

From Christian Cox:

Talking to Deb for the very first time! Her desire to help these children was so infectious … she just loves the kids! Being involved with the building of a new bike for a little girl opened my eyes to how fantastic, and important, the independence and thrill of a new bike can be to a child with special needs.

From Amy Allison:

Variety KC has been a wonderful supporter of the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City over the years. We have been blessed to receive several grants to help serve our members better. Variety KC helped us procure a 15 passenger van to transport our teens, provided bikes to several of our members, helped obtain a conversion van for two boys who use wheelchairs and invited our members to join fun outings. We truly appreciate all that Variety KC does!
