Urban Outreach Coordinator for Missouri State Parks and am stationed out of Kansas City. Missouri State Parks is examining parts of our inclusion practices and are wanting to do better. I visited many of your playgrounds in the KC area to see how we might improve our own playgrounds as we move forward and replace old equipment. Something that really caught our attention is a Communications Board that was at Hospital Hill Park, 2401 Gillham Rd, Kansas City, MO. We’ve talked to some of our families with special needs and our sites about installing these boards and everyone is eager to include them.
