Jeremiah was adopted by his loving mother Cynthia. Jeremiah was diagnosed with spastic quadriplegia, a seizure disorder and asthema. Jeremiah cannot walk and is in a wheelchair. The wheelchair ramp will be a huge help to Jeremiah and his family. His mother Cynthia is no longer able to lift him in and out of their vehicle. The ramp will help Jeremiah be more mobile, and help his mom with transportation.
